In this project, I curated the complete interior palette for a commercial demonstration kitchen designed for public use in the Greater Houston area. My responsibilities included selecting floor finishes, paint swatches, wall tiles, and light fixtures that would not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space but also ensure durability and functionality. The design harmonizes modern elements with practical needs, creating an inviting and efficient environment for culinary demonstrations and community gatherings.

In this project, I was in charge of selecting the interior palette for a commercial election office in the Greater Houston area. My role included choosing floor finishes, paint swatches, wall tiles, and light fixtures that aligned with the professional and functional requirements of the space. The design aimed to create an environment that is both welcoming and efficient, reflecting the importance of the work conducted within the office while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.

Etoile Academy Campus Renovation & Revitalization; From Church to Educational Facility

For two years, I led the transformation of a former church into a modern school building, managing the project from its inception through the permitting and construction administration phases. My role encompassed selecting interior finishes and palettes that would meet the educational environment needs while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I coordinated closely with consultants, clients, and the contractor, ensuring that the renovation progressed smoothly. Working hand-in-hand with the contractor, I delivered the final results to the owner's representative, successfully converting the space into a functional and inspiring educational facility.

Comprehensive Project Management for Office Building: Permitting and Construction Administration

Over the course of 8 months, I managed the permitting and construction administration phases of an office building project. My responsibilities included collaborating closely with consultants, clients, and the contractor to ensure that the project proceeded smoothly through construction. I worked hand-in-hand with the contractor to address challenges and maintain progress, ultimately delivering the finished building to the owner's representative. My role was pivotal in coordinating efforts across all parties, ensuring that the project met its deadlines and quality standards.
