Travis Street Mixed-Use Residential 2022

This project was envisioned for South Central Houston, where the client aimed to create a mixed-use development integrating both retail and residential components. To maximize space efficiency, we designed subterranean parking facilities. These provide public access to the retail center and exclusive access to the residential areas. The ground floor is dedicated entirely to retail, featuring a spacious storefront at the front and service access from the rear thoroughfare.

Positioned on the western side of the second floor is a restaurant, accessible via a public stairway and elevator. The remaining floors from the second to the fifth are designated for residential use, with each unit benefiting from a balcony as an additional amenity.
